These terms govern your use of the Manifesto website at www.manifesto.al and, where relevant, how we engage for client work. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this website

• You may browse the site for lawful, personal or business information purposes.
• You must not misuse the site (for example by attempting unauthorised access, disrupting service, scraping in a way that harms the site, or submitting malicious content).
• Content on the site is for general information. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Manifesto name, logo, site design, text, graphics and other materials on this site are owned by Manifesto or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission, except for fair personal viewing of the site.

Project names, brands and screenshots belonging to clients or partners remain their property. Case studies are shown with permission for portfolio purposes.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a contact form or email does not create a contract. We may reply with questions or a proposed scope. A binding engagement starts only when both sides agree in writing (for example a proposal, statement of work, or contract) covering deliverables, fees, timeline and responsibilities.

Client projects

When you engage Manifesto for a project:

• Scope: Work is limited to what is agreed in writing. Changes are discussed and confirmed before they affect fees or schedule.
• Client responsibilities: You provide timely access, content, decisions and approvals needed for us to deliver.
• Fees and payment: Fees, currency, milestones and payment terms are set out in the project agreement. Late payment may pause work.
• Third-party tools: Licences, subscriptions or accounts for third-party platforms (hosting, CMS, CRM, analytics and similar) are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Support after launch: Ongoing maintenance, marketing or product support is agreed separately and is not included by default.

Our products

Products such as Teravia, Crewly and Eat N Drink may have their own terms, privacy notices and billing rules. Those product-specific terms apply when you use those products.

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee completeness.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifesto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website. For client projects, liability is limited as set out in the written project agreement; if that agreement is silent, our aggregate liability related to the website alone is limited to the maximum allowed by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example for fraud or wilful misconduct where such exclusion is not allowed).

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of how we operate this site.

Third-party links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. For active client contracts, changes to project terms require written agreement unless the contract says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Tirana, Albania have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the website, unless mandatory consumer or other law requires otherwise, or a project agreement specifies a different venue.
