What platform do you build websites on?
We primarily use WordPress because it's flexible, easy to update, and powers about 40% of the internet. For specific needs, we also work with Webflow, Squarespace, or custom builds.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. We redesign sites all the time. Sometimes we can work with your existing platform, other times it makes sense to start fresh. We'll give you honest advice on the best approach.
Do you do SEO?
All our websites include SEO foundations – proper structure, fast loading, mobile-friendly, etc. For ongoing SEO services like content and link building, we can discuss that separately.
How many revisions do I get?
During the design phase, revisions are unlimited. We'll keep tweaking until you're happy. During development, we include two rounds of revisions.
What if I need help after launch?
All projects include 30-90 days of free support depending on your package. After that, we offer monthly maintenance plans or you can call us when you need something.
