Can I pay in instalments?
Absolutely. For projects over $5,000, we offer 50/50 payment (half upfront, half on completion). For larger projects, we can work out a milestone-based payment plan.
What if I need something that's not in these packages?
No problem – these packages are just starting points. Tell us what you need and we'll put together a custom quote.
Are there any ongoing costs?
The prices above are one-off project costs. Hosting, domain registration, and any third-party tools are separate. We'll always be upfront about any ongoing costs before you commit.
What's your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds once work has started, but we do offer unlimited revisions during the design phase. We're not happy until you're happy.
