01Context
Crewly is a Manifesto product built for construction and field service teams, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, maintenance and similar trades, where people move between sites and the office needs a clear record of who is where and what is done.
02Challenge
Attendance spreadsheets, phone messages and paper timesheets leave gaps. Admins cannot see who is on site, tasks stall without a shared board, and payroll depends on incomplete records. The product has to be fast in the field, including offline, and clear for administrators in the office.

Our team owns product definition, design, development and ongoing operation of Crewly, with one product lead coordinating releases.
04Solution
Employees check in and out at job sites with GPS verification and optional geofencing, so attendance is tied to place as well as time. Admins see team locations as work happens.
Work areas hold addresses, geofence radii, assigned people and schedules. Tasks are assigned per site and move from pending to completed as field updates come in.
The mobile flow is built for speed, a short check-in path, quick employee setup and offline support, so crews can use it on site without friction.
