Gruaja tek Gruaja (Woman to Woman) supports women and families in the Shkodër region and beyond with psycho-legal services, emergency shelter, economic empowerment and counselling. Visitors need to find help quickly, understand programmes and follow news and publications, on desktop and on mobile.
02Challenge
NGO sites often bury urgent help behind long pages. The organisation needed a strong help line, clear service paths, impact messaging and project storytelling, without losing trust or clarity on phone screens.
